Where do you ship from?
We ship from our main distribution facility in India, ensuring quality packaging and secure transit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this may not be possible, but you can return your order for a refund once received (conditions apply).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), net banking, UPI, and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, within 1-3 business days of placement. Extra time may be required during holidays or peak seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on location:

What if I don't receive my order?
If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us. You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged products, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and resolve it promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing times may vary by bank.
